A Career's Worth of Experience
Karen's career has spanned operational leadership roles in banking, telephony, webchat, complaint handling and tax administration. She has also been called on to develop leaders across diverse audiences.
As well as her extensive leadership experience Karen is the winner of the Michelin Award for Quality and Teamwork, winner of the Diversity and Inclusion Award from the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, and awarded the British Empire Medal by the late Queen for Customer Service and Leadership.
Karen holds diplomas in Business Excellence, Life Coaching, Teamwork and Coaching.

Advert to Interview Package
Get support all the way through your Civil Service application, from applying to the initial advert through to a mock interview and feedback.
This package includes a pre-application session to discuss how you prepare your application, whether it's a CV, personal statement, behaviour statements or a combination of all three. You will then receive written feedback on the application you've written, and a mock interview shaped around the specific role and behaviours. This is the perfect package for someone looking to join the Civil Service from outside or seeking an internal promotion.
